Muito boa relacao custo/beneficio para quem viaja em grupo e quer ficar perto do centro historico. Hotel limpo. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Funcionarios amaveis. Transfer no horario (e gratuito de segunda a sabado no horario comercial). Bom cafe da manha. O unico senao do hotel sao os travesseios que sao altissimos e duros. A cama tambem e dura (mas tem quem goste). No mais, sem reclamacoes. Recomendo. Andrea - Goiania - Brasil

The rooms were well equipped , the beds sheets were changed every day ( not a requirement , but a luxury). The staff was freindly and the breakfasts that were included in the price were excellent and served by attentive wait persons

This is my second time in this hotel, so I am very satisfied with everything.

The room was like a nice apartment, but the entry was awkward with no help.

The suites are spacious, comfortable. It is very clean. The location is very convenient with all kinds of activities in a walking distance. A subway station is only two blocks away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It seems difficult to adjust the hot/cold water in the shower but it is not a problem after couple of tries.

The room was generous-sized and just what we needed, fantastically friendly staff.

Vibrant location with stellar staff

My spacious suite had an very nice view. Breakfast was freshly made and served promptly!

The nightlife nearby did get quite loud during the evenings, which disrupted the peace at night. Noisy nights can be a challenge for lighter sleepers, be prepared!

Rooms tired looking and absolutely nothing in kitchen in the way of tea towels, dish wash, coffee machine didn't work, kitchen very tired and little bit grubby. We didn't use it at all

Staff, facilities and location were all excellent (minutes walk from the nearest metro).

The noise was terrible, both from outside and inside. Most shocking was the gap at the room door to the adjoining room, anyone in there sounded like they were in the room with me. If you're staying here you need earplugs to sleep at night and the suites are wasted at the front due to external noise in the evenings.

I was disappointed by the noise from nearby clubs , made it hard to relax. The staff's response to my concerns was frustrating, as they failed to address my inquiries effectively. The guest policy regarding ID verification at reception felt unnecessarily strict.

Lovely staff that couldn't do enough for us. Allowed us to use their business centre for an hour when we had to make an important call, changed our shuttle time to the airport at the last minute and were generally very helpful and accommodating. The suite was huge and perfect for a family and we loved being able to come back in the evenings and cook our own food - we have fussy kids!

The property is a bit dated no doubt about it - but this was no issue for us. The breakfast was a bit too Mexican for our tastes; we much prefer a buffet style set up but it was adequate and overall it was great value for money...

Our suite was at the front of the hotel on the 2nd Floor - noise from surrounding bars and clubs was loud from 3pm - 3am every night. We couldn't use the living room in the suite due to the outside noise. Also, our room was just above the Hotel's 'balcony-bar' on the 1st Floor so when patrons were smoking, the fumes came into our room despite having our balcony door closed. Despite being in a non-smoking room, we may as well have been in the bar with the smokers! Finally, there is no cleaning items in the kitchenette but house-keeping did clean our dishes each day.

The rooms were stylishly renovated with a comfortable bed, and the really good staff were great too. It was an lovely experience!

I loved this property, it's not just a Suite it's a wonderful apartment ! Very spacious you could throw a dinner party there ! I was over the moon with my stay.

The size and comfort of the suite, the wifi,TV with good selection, the air condition, the location in the lively center of town

The fittness room is not really operational, they should fix all devices and add towels. There is a major problem of noise at nights, I stayed 6 nights as I had booked in advance but the noise coming from the parallel bar was terrible until early morning even though the sleeping room was in the back side of the building.
